It's an oval track situated in the shade for most of the day, which is great during the hot summer months. The surface of the track is made out of a spring rubber, making it very easy on the feet and joints. I've run on many jogging tracks before, but this is definitely one of the best. It's well-maintained and has a good length of 500m.
