Just visited first time today to your concern. Your sales team must learn( not all , but some) , how to approach the customers. Bad attitude. even some of your ground staff. same time I have seen they are arguing with native speaker also.

one day we have experienced a misbehavior incident from the driver. He has disrespectfully mannered within our office premise. When we informed him to do the payment after checking the material, first of all, he denied that. After 5mins, he willing to do that.
