I booked Safeway tourism services back in year 2019 before covid & 2nd time in January 2022. Had great experience with them both the times. The drivers were punctual, services up to mark & value for money.
They were very kind and nice guys! Coming again for a very cool jet ski tour in Dubai :)
I booked a Dubai city tour for 6 persons lately. The 9am tour started at 11.30am. Since the tour started late, the operator cut short the sightseeing. To my surprise, the visit to Burj Khalifa was omitted. Very unhappy about the service. Please avoid this company.
