First of all for getting clearance letter they ask me to visit branch after 3 days. There is only one branch for whole dubai. I requested them that i need just soft copy which will do or an email will be fine but they said they dont have.
One of the worst customer service banks to transact with. I have been their customer for 7 years. They do not have a proper customer service desk, nor there is a banking app. The banking portal is primitive. To top it all, they will change.
Worst experience. U have to visit branch for canceling Credit card. Also, I think they have only one branch for Dubai/Sharjah/Ajman customers. For cancelling a credit card, I need to spend 100 aed for travelling to this branch. Never take this bank cards/accounts
