I bought a check-in luggage from American tourister in india. In one travel the trolley lost its shape. Which they claimed is flexible and wont lose its shape at the time of sale. I approached the customer care centre in Dubai with the complaint. And after inspection they approved the repair/replacement. I was then lended a handcarry at the same time as I was travelling. Once repairs were done, they picked up their handcarry from me and delivered my repaired bag in 2 days. Great work by the samsonite team.
