Great store, and Amazingly helpful staff as well. I was assisted by Mr. Walid, and his customer service is top notch. Not only he was assisting throughout the whole journey of buying, he went above and beyond to complete the experience as well.
Nothing wrong with the store or it's employees however Samsung as a company is very disappointing. Also Samsung care + in UAE is not very good, does not save you much money as compared to other countries. I would not buy the fold as it's a very delicate device and care plus for it is not good, still pay a huge amount to be fixed.
Had a great experience purchasing from this store. Mohsin was extremely patient and helpful and have great advice on what to buy and gave me the best deal available in store. Keep up the good work!
