Wish there were more shops open on the base..the little exchange is good for small necessities..it is what it is and I'm actually grateful for just having something there.

Not much to say. It's a safe haven where military folk can go and get drunk as they want without being arrested. Tons of knock off stuff to buy here, totally caveat emptor. The food is okay, but be careful. Not going to say which store to avoid, but understand that hygiene is not a top priority.
