Very bad customer service experience, they told me they will save the bathtub in store for 3 months, after completing the payment they drop off the bathtub in site which can cause damages on item.
Today I had very bad experience with one of the sales representatives in sheikh Zaid road, he was really rude in handling my order and started shouting with disrespect, then I ask to complain to a manager and thanks god the manager was helpful and solved the issue.
Worst customer service!!! After payment they said item not in showroom and have to go to the store.

The customer service was terrible, they promised to hold the bathtub in store for 3 months but after I made the payment, they dropped it off at my site which could have caused damage to the item.
