The meal was not appropriate for a family, especially with kids. There were only brownies or croissants, both unhealthy. There should have been a protein+carb diet option on the plane. I think it was not a proper meal. Additionally, there were scarce pillows and sheets on the return flight.
Good experience and very helpful staff. However, Google maps showed operating hours from 9 to 3, but the staff informed that they were only available from 9 to 11. This was not fair.
The team was very nice and helpful, especially a Jordanian young man named Hussein. He was polite, tactful, and nice with customers.
