The booking system and appointment need to be improved. There is a lack of coordination between the desk and the nurses. Some of the nurses are very rude in their approach and communication. Room and machine are very limited compared to the number of patients. The female nutritionists are very nice. The receptionist is very polite. The results are good.
After 5 sessions, I can say the overall experience is not bad, but it could be better if you pay attention to the below points: - the sessions are depending on the machines availability (cryo, ultra, ems or ...) More
