A very bad experience with the staff unfortunately. Seattle's Best Coffee and cinnabon are really amazing and of my favorite. Nevertheless, because of the staff's service is bad, it ruined my mood completely. I placed my order but the wait time was much longer than expected. The staff was not friendly and did not apologize for the delay. The quality of the product was good, but the poor service overshadowed it. I was disappointed with my overall experience.
