The behaviour of security guard working night shift at two four 54 yas island is unacceptable, their supervisor, is very rude ,not listening ,shouting to clients, no customer service, this is unexceptional, they need training how to de-escalate. They are not capable, taking photos of the cars entering the premises, ????
