I had the misfortune of using Self Drive Rent a Car service recently, and I must say it has been the worst experience I have ever had with a car rental company. Not only did they fail to meet basic expectations, but their customer service was terrible.
I usually never post reviews but this company is pushed me over the edge. Worst experience ever. Customer service is horrible. They charge my card left and right for anything they decide to charge including fake fines. Even after returning the car, they continued to charge me for non-existent damages.
