Be very careful with this company! I have rented a vehicle for over 2 years and things were fine. About 2 months before returning my car, they gave me a new one "as the other one was too old" and they handed it over in the dark. Horrendous experience in the end with this company.

The staff was fine with easy communication when arranging the rental in the first place. However after 2 years of renting the vehicle, when I wanted to return the car, I was unable to make it happen. Worse car rental service ever.

If ther’s an option for NO STAR I’ll go for it. Understandable that new promotions is applicable for new customer but will never consider any type of promo for current client means no intention to keep.
