I paid for a more expensive car as I thought I'd get a decent car for a few weeks but I was wrong. The car had scratches and marks all over it, the car seats were stained and the inside smelled strongly. I tried contacting this hire car company with my concerns but they were unhelpful and dismissive. I would not recommend using their services.
Be very careful with this company! I have rented a vehicle for over 2 years and things were fine. About 2 months before returning my car, they gave me a new one "as the other one was too old" and they handed it over in the dark. When I checked it the next day, I noticed several damages that they didn't disclose. I had to argue with them to get compensation for the damages. Their customer service is terrible and they don't take responsibility for their mistakes.
Be Careful !!!! Worst customer service and the lady on the phone is very unprofessional. They never answer the phone and when they do, they are rude and unhelpful. They have no respect for their customers and the whole experience with them has been a nightmare. Avoid using this company.
