Extremely Rude. Used the website and initial valuation of the car was 13K under market value. Received a call from the lady that wanted to set the appointment telling me to go to get my car valuated, I explained I would not go waste my time unless the valuation increase to a reasonable market price, then the lady said that she can't do anything about that. Waste of time.
They just wasted my time. The offer is not even 40% of car actual value. This place suits desperate sellers who need urgent cash.
