I would love to say this open and honest that the customer service that I get in Al Hamra Sephora; I don’t get in any of their branch in UAE. I would like to specifically call out Ibtissam who is the one of the best beauty consultant I have.
I had a great experience in this Sephora branch especially with Rose from Dior, she was wonderful and answered all of our questions and is even following up with our progress with the products, she was a delight, highly recommended.
Hi I visited all Sephora stores worldwide apparently this store is the one and only where you feel yourself well advised by well experienced employees and managers they re all friendly and ready to assist the manager Mrs Souad is always ready to help and ready to direct you to ease your choices well done to all.
