I am at a loss for words to describe how disappointed I am with their service. I was a fool for not checking, and it has been an absolute waste of time dealing with this company. I had believed that their partnership with Harvey Norman would ensure quality service, but I was wrong. The technicians they sent were unprofessional and did a shoddy job. When I complained, they were unresponsive. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Stay away!
Extremely disappointed and caused great inconvenience. Last minute cancellation of booking 1 hour prior to the scheduled appointment. I took leave specifically to monitor the cleaning, rearranged all the items at home to the store room for the cleaning but was informed 1 hour before the appointment. This is unacceptable and they have wasted my time and opportunity cost to schedule/cancel other appointments.
I have to change my review. This company was doing pretty well 4-5 years ago, friendly & helpful staff but not for now. The staff is so rude now! Anyhow, the 1⭐️ is for the poor service. The technician just opens your door, sprays and leaves, there is no proper check or visibility on what they are spraying. By now, many people know the quality of service for Pest control services is no longer the same at all. No more recommending to anyone.
I've been using ServisHero for many years on and off for any services that I need and overall they're reliable. But recently I had a minor mishap with one of the providers where they replied my message regarding the services after about 10pm and he came by 8pm to start the job - while the conversation happened around 12pm. So service itself is good, I'm just saying that there could be some errors on their backend system which affects the job scheduling as the app stated the worker will arrived by 12pm but he came by 8pm instead without any prior update. After a call to Hero, he said that he's finish his job earlier and decided to do the job earlier. On the bright side, the provider was responsive and the job was done with the outcome you desire. Just be more diligent in future job appointments. Thus, I still continue using the app if really needed their services for the future job because of their reasonable reasonable pricing and variety of services and their good customer service!
I've been using Servis Hero app for sometime now, however their workmanship and materials used by the vendor i.e paintwork is quite disappointing for the price that is being charged. Their technicians came and did the job in less than an hour (2 rooms) i.e the plaster on the wall is not ready they just paint on top of it. And after 3 weeks later, my 1st room wall has became crack line! Of course it's isn't the paint brush! It is indeed disappointing as I u/stand ServisHero charged a commission from the vendor too! Take note!

Very disappointed with the service. I booked a cleaner and she turned up 3 hours late without any apologies. On top of that, the quality of the work was very poor. I had to redo everything after she left. Would not recommend this service.
