One of the worst experience in any govt institution in UAE .. Have been waiting for hours to cancel the sewa account and even after getting the readings, there are no employees available to attend our request and just waited and waited and waited .. Such bad service shouldn't exist in UAE.
VERY poor customer service.. I paied for your bill and still desactivate, and nobody give you an answer by phone...
Best Govt Service. I went for cancellation and security deposit return! Document process, disconnection and account closure was very smooth! Everything finished within 30min. Security deposit transferred to my bank account with 3.5 hrs! Much appreciated service! ????????????
