There shouldn’t be any star for them, worst Customer service ever, pathetic customer service, delayed and incomplete response over the emails, the phone support doesn’t know anything, the number they’d shared were never answered, i’ve been to their najda branch for sunbdm20, to put request for termination of old meters, they issued me a bill of 1150 after getting old one disconnected, I’ve visited to their najda office for 6 seven times after bill got blocked and closed.

Third world level of customer service. This is something one should not expect from UAE but the service in this branch is so time-consuming that it will infuriate you to no end. If you ever plan to visit here, be ready to wait for at least an hour or two.
