I strongly advise against using Shafay repair company. My experience with them was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Not only did they fail to address the issues with my oven, but they actually made it worse.

I had an issue with fridge, they came and took it and said it needs replacement parts and they supposedly fixed it. Brought it back and now my fridge part is freezing at the lowest setting. They are not responding anymore and just took the money and promised 3 months warranty. Stay away from them!
