Very poor service and unprofessional management. The technician returned a broken car key after service and were not willing to admit to the problem or fix the key properly, due to lack of professional staff!!!! The manager, Shoayb Mohamad

Very difficult for papper work
Facilities and amenities are not up to standard. The waiting area was uncomfortable and the staff were not helpful. Overall, a disappointing experience.
Wait time at the test center was incredibly long. I had to wait for hours before my turn. This is unacceptable and they need to improve their efficiency.
