Coaches are good with good expertise but classes are a bit expensive, difficult for all students to receive the same attention especially when in a group class.

Very poor quality with new management. My daughter has been with shams gyms for the past 4 years. The new management that toke over this year are taking the name only. Unless they do something about it, I’m not keeping my daughter at shams gym.
