Nice building but provis management keeps closed the cases without any resolutions and there are No visitors parking available as residents are parking their cars randomly everywhere.
Very nice apartments, but pets are not allowed, even a small cat. Do not understand this management decision at all and no negotiation on this side. They lose potential tenants.
A well designed building that is supposed to be run 'economically' by Aldar & their affiliates Provis & Khidmah. Unfortunately these crooks cannot fulfil their contractual obligations to their customers & prefer to over charge fees, ignore customer complaints and delay repairs indefinitely. Stay away if you value your sanity and hard earned cash.
