One of the worst worst experiences with Sharaf dg (Al Ain MALL). Check their policy before buying anything because then they will not exchange or return items.
Never never will buy again here in Sharaf dg. I bought software but it was already corrupted and when I returned it, they didn't help me. I called the call center and they promised to help but nothing happened. I wasted 399 AED for buying software from Sharaf.
