Not trusted at all! They know how to convince you how to buy items, but you they do not tell you the condtions of warranty as example, if you have a problem definitely the will not solve it ! This is my personal experience
Dear All Don't purchase any items from SHARAF DG Online. I have been purchased TERIM Oven from their online and just opened ,the plate is cracked, cracked and there is noise inside the oven. and the worst part they refuse to fix or return it and they did not tell me about the warranty and they are asking me to pay for the fixing 1000aed more ! Be careful
Horrible Service. I bought a ZFold 4 from Saraf DG and it was delivered by Al Najm Electronics. I even bought the accidental cover the same day I got the phone. The phone did not open flat as it should and I gave it back to them to be fixed. They refused to fix it and claimed that I must have dropped it. I even offered them to take a look at my CCTV footage to see that no such incident happened but they refused. When it's time to sell they make all sorts of false promises
