They are good but their delivery service is very bad. Until now i always bought electronics from sharafdg. First time got an item which requires delivery. It was total mess. No proper coordination between the showroom team and the delivery team. I placed order on 19th may'20 and received on 7th jun'20. I had to follow up almost every day and every day got promise that will deliver tomorrow. I already escalated complain and next day delivery happened. This is not what expected from sharaf dg. They need to improve on the customer experience part in their delivery service. It's better to buy from showroom rather then online
