The customer representatives are in such a hurry to disconnect your call that they dont want to hear your complete problem, poor behavior from them and must be improved in order to retain their clients.
The machine retracted the card, as per the instructions I’ve got to call them in 15 minutes. Its been 30 minutes and I’m still on the call but all representatives are busy. Such a poor response online.
