Despite my attempts to engage with him and ask about pricing, Laxmun's attitude was dismissive and rude. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company.
Very bad customer service in Amman branch. The staff seemed uninterested in helping me and did not provide any assistance or guidance. I was left feeling frustrated and unsupported. I will not be returning to this store.
