I was heading to Batam with my mum, aunt and wife. We each change $200 here. Upon changing we went to have some coffee before waiting for the ferry gate to be open. Then the same lady who change our money inform us that the amount we exchanged has missing note. She says that she will return us the $50 short immediately as she also caught the mistake she made together with us. Just when I thought everything was settle after the apology and assurance, she starts to raise her voice at my mum who was sitting downs the moment I returned to the shop left my mum and aunt at the chair I went to in the first place, telling her to leave the shop because she needed to close sharp at 930. I apologies if my family did anything wrong but as an employee would you behaved this way? We did not do anything wrong and I really do not know why you are so angry. Furthermore I did a quick check when I arrived at Batam and the amount did not tally, she Shouts unbelieveable without even proper justification and rudely tells the three of us to leave. I wish to make a police report upon my belief I have been cheated. I happen to want to say she did not inform us that the notes we change has marking or stains on them, however in receiving the notes I failed notice. Just when we thought were stupid this could only happen or somebody marking us. I understand that the notes were marked and she did inform us but surely you have a lot of time waste to talk to colleagues inbetween changing money to pass things that others would catch and your customers cannot. Please educate yourself and staffs on how don not handle and treat customers. This is ridiculous! People who were queuing behind our first transaction even left shop after witnessing cough spree incident.
