The staff here are very friendly, special thanks to staff Mr. Lobsang, he is approachable and very patience when facing to clients , he gave excellent suggestions on the shoe selections and the size itself as well. Lobsang is deserve for the promotion as he is a star .
Ever since I started wearing Skechers, I couldn’t find the comfort in any other shoes. We often purchase from this outlet mall outlet. Though they have unique sizes but some good pair of shoes are usually available at very reasonable price. Staff is also very cooperative.
Pinky said we cannot earn club apparel points here even those there is a sign that says earn and redeem. I think she was either lying or confused because she started speaking in Hindi that she should have scanned the card before purchasing. Poor attitude and poor customer relations.
