Sonic has rude, manipulative staff. They quote higher prices than other shops in the area, and they charge 2.5% extra if you pay via card. I called the Dubai Consumer Protection office which informed me that this was not a legal practice.

They were closing for lunch when I visit to collect my device and they told me they will come back in an hour, 2 hours and 30mins later they are still not here! Never seen worse service attitude than this. No respect for customer’s time at all!
