Great decor, cake, giveaways. Games are so so, nothing great. Team doesn't engage very well. Did 2 events with them. Had a similar experience in both events. If there are issues on giveaways or mistakes on sizes, they don't listen or address the issue.
I had my wife's birthday party planned with Special Occasions and I could not have been happier. Everything was just as we agreed and requested. The staff were very friendly and helpful all the way and Sophie was very pleasant to deal with.
Last weekend was my 2 sons' joint birthday party planned and executed by Special Occasions and it was amazing! Excellent value for money, staff were fantastic and no worries for us at all - they arranged everything. Highly recommended ????
