I needed some MDF and Paints for my DIY project, the staff were helpful in cutting the sheets to size and guiding me through the proper ancillaries required. The store is well organised and a range of products to suit all budgets.

I had visited the Speedex store located in DIP last week and I must say I was highly disappointed. Earlier the staff were very helpful. But this time, I had requested for a service and one of the employee/supervisor named Leo asked for my feedback regarding his work. When I provided my honest feedback about the service being unsatisfactory, Leo became defensive and argumentative. He did not take any responsibility for the poor service and instead blamed me for not explaining my requirements properly. This was unacceptable behavior from a supervisor and it made me question the professionalism of the staff at Speedex. I hope the management takes appropriate action against such behavior.
