Extremely unethical airline and a corrupt working culture. Even if they offer a free ticket decided never to book with them at all. In a pandemic they were finding ways of cheating their clients at every avenue. Cheating to core means that they even didn't update the changes they made to the booking to third party sales partner.

They are very busy they don't have time to attend phone even the flights you book gets cancelled no proper management no proper customer services only want money

We booked spicejet online and later tried to change the ticket online and it was worst experience for selecting dates. Then we called agency to do it over phone and asked for price and they said it can be done for 300aed but we have to pay for service 65aed.Then after all confirmation even after 1 day agency people are dicussing and telling price is 300 eur not answeing calls or you can say just ignoring with the message that they are busy on another calls
