Understand that flight from Abu Dhabi to Colombo operating on 22nd June is cancelled. Trying Abu Dhabi UL office to get it verified on the following nos. 02 633 7125 and 02 621 2057 no response. Dissappointed !!!!!

What a pathetic experience. The flight was canceled by the airline but the refund was made only 40% that too after four months. Several emails bear no useful response.

You get what you ask for (nothing less nothing more)- Dont expect any customer care agent to go the extra mile for you. But they are not to blame since it is the management who should provide adequate training on customer relations. My … More
