Horrible bank. They keep calling us every day for the past 3 months asking for someone who works with Abu Dhabi Municipality. It's ridiculous that a bank in 2023 is still calling a landline that they have in their database for four years ago. Unprofessional and annoying.
Worst experience using their credit cards. They charge whatever profit they like. There is only one cash deposit machine for the whole Abu Dhabi.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The employees at their Khalidiyah Branch in Abu Dhabi don't even know which types of accounts they can offer. They bluntly tell customers that they cannot open any type of account with them if their salary is not transferred. Disappointing service.
