Unfortunately, my pet had an emergency and much as I tried they (reception and vet) were unwilling to accommodate him even for a few mins consultation, despite being their customer for over 5 years. But we were lucky to find an excellent alternative and caring vet in the neighbourhood, so never going back to these guys again.

The veterinarians are okay, but the service provided by the receptionists is terrible. It is always a challenge dealing with them since they are never accommodating, and it always feels like it's their way or the highway. It's disappointing … More

Please close the online shop, because the clinic driver can't deliver the products that worths 360Aed + delivery fee 25 Aed if the distance is just 33 minutes away within Dubai!???? … More
