I have to go here because my sons school demands it… but I find the staff so rude, unhelpful, and frankly bored to be there. They always have a faster turnaround for embroidery than promised (which is nice)… but I just wish the staff was more pleasant. It’s stressful enough having to spend money on over priced school things ???????? …
Good morning! Yesterday, my son and I were in your store and we were buying shorts. I paid for the purchase and didn't look right away that your employee put completely different shorts in my bag. I'm very upset. I need exactly the shorts that fit my son! I need to change them. It will waste my time. Very poor service.
The five stars are for the staff and the tailor. Very helpful and sweet, they can get out of their ways to help you and accommodate all your needs. The uniform & shoes prices are exaggerated and some material quality is so cheap.
