Awful service! We got a corporate medical packages from Sukoon, paid full amount and once money was transferred- Sukoon team ignores us totally! We have sent plenty of emails almost daily but zero response! Before we proceed the payment- they were soooo sweet! Now - here we go with the reality.
Sukoon's nominated garage performed very poor quality job for an accident repair, which involved body work and AC condenser/radiator replacement. Their garage caused damage to transmission and AC due to not topping up transmission oil when repairing the radiator. Sukoon, as the insurance company, did not take any responsibility for the poor workmanship of their nominated garage.
Unfortunately for Oman Insurance it has give control over to Sukoon. I do not like the way Sukoon changes its policy from that of the originals, Oman Insurance and its own, on an almost daily basis. They are much more expensive than other insurance companies in the market.
