Store closed, no one is answering the phone.
Why would you name a store Sun and Sand and then fail to stock water gear? No life jackets. One rack of swimsuits. Pool noodles. Goggles. Toddler paddle boards. That's it. Lame. Nice staff, though.
After how many days that I keep on following about my refund still nothing happened. They keep on giving me reference number about my complaint but no actions. I’m so disappointed how they’re handling customer’s complaint. They don’t have even hotline to call. Only via chat and email. Poor service
