Horrible experience for curtain laundry. It was supposed to include collection, laundry, delivery and installation within 2 days.

Very very bad service! Most of the time clothes are not ironed properly and on two occasions I had to remind them of one of my items which seems they have lost!

My husband and daughter, who were fasting , went to pick up a package and the guy turned them away saying that he’s resting!!!! At 5:10pm!!!! He told my husband to go back at 7pm. That’s magrib salah and Iftar time. This is not acceptable. It’s not difficult to hand over a package. I hope he doesn’t do this to anyone else.
