Samuel was great and honest, something that is very rare these days. Had given my AC for repairing and servicing. Got the AC back the same day and it seems to be working fine.
Used their service to repair my window AC. They solved the issue within 2 days and my AC is now working fine. But the technician did not communicate clearly what the issue was, if any parts had to be changed and how much would it cost to repair. Technician charged me 250 AED for repairing the window AC (no parts were changed).
