We had strange leaks and issues in a few areas of our house and Jasmine came very quickly for the site inspection. She was very thorough and confident in her assessment, we were very impressed by her ability to make a quick and accurate evaluation.
I encountered roof and skylight leaks due to heavy rains this year and contacted SWC. Esther and Sebastian were super responsive in organizing a site survey and providing a reasonable quote. I am also very pleased that actual work was done.
We were especially impressed by Miss Jasmine Ngoh who is the Sales Exec who attended to us. Extremely professional, attentive and responsive, she conducted an onsite preview of the works before she sent us a quotation for consideration.
