Nice price for annual room rent comes with a free access to the pool and gym. They also have some space in the rooftop to let me and my family use for free whenever it is new year. We celebrate there and have a gathering for sometimes.
Best place to stay. One of the bus stop is just in front of the building (F46). Also its swimming pool is clean and gym facility is ????
