Went to watch a video about new Government rules, good to know, Thank you
It’s 3:05 PM and there is 16 counters. And only 2 is working. Counter 2 and 10. The rest is empty. I’ve been waiting my turn since 2:50PM. There is one person before me and other customers are waiting as well. Very poor service. Out of 16
Very bad customer service Only three staff seated on their desk out of ten. What I saw in the seminar movie is completely not matching the reception staff
