Very pathetic unreliable service. My Emirates ID shipment misplaced by this people and no one is answering responsibly. EID happiness centre confirmed it was handed over to Tawzea but this ppl denied it.

I had to travel Saudi Arabia and I am calling customer care every one hour for last 2 days for my EID .. every time they say it’s not received but on the first call yesterday I was told it will be received by 12:30 Pm on 21st Jul .. still …
