We visited Tealive Tanah Rata a few times during our stay. There are no restrooms on the premises, the closest are in the bus station. The staff were always polite and service was fairly quick. The first visit, I found the drinks (caramel) to be too sweet and the second visit was better, but not great. The third visit was the best so far, as I tried the fruit sparkling tea and it was very refreshing. Overall, the drinks were hit or miss, but the service was good.
