Good service and polite staff. Timely delivery and good quality products. Specifically fresh fish we get in Karama.
Very poor service takes 1-2 hours in delivery and keeps on saying delivery man on his way, and when you receive the stuff most of the things are old date or spoiled vegetables. Shop is very dirty. Very unhygienic. Over and above reception staff has no manners to talk. This review is after 5th 6th bad experience with them.
Very poor service, they delay more than one to two hours in delivery even though needs to deliver neighbor building and most of time send spoil or nearby expiry products and sometimes send half order. Very very poor service they should close their supermarket. No manners to talk with client.
