Customer service neeed to be improved and the personality of the counter staff very slow and cold.
A fast food joint should be available to serve within minutes and the responses to be pleasant and energetic. The staff should not let the customer feel that our visit is a trouble for them.
The deal outside is AED 9 but when you go inside, the counter guy is up selling it for AED 20 right away. Only spicy flavor is available. Original will take 15 minutes. Tables are not cleaned from the previous customer. Fries do not come in spicy.
Sometimes the chicken taste will differ than that of the previous taste. Mode of customer dealing method has to be improved.
